Assignment description
Participate in the rebuild of REiS into Civiel Hoven in Oracle Apex. This means building and modifying screens, working on the look & feel, and converting documents. Taking the team along in your thought process, discussing all possible solutions from the team, and arriving at a joint solution. Active contribution to the refinement process / translating functional wishes/requirements into technical solutions. Assembling releases and supporting the deployment process. Undertaking testing activities (manual and automated) to support test specialists.
Background of the assignment
You will work for a DevOps team responsible for the management and further development of the Civiel application. For over a year, this team has been involved in rebuilding ReIS into Civiel Hoven (Oracle Apex). Civiel Hoven will be the registration system for the Civil law area within the courts. We have now reached the final stage of the rebuild phase and, due to multiple leaves, we are looking for temporary reinforcement for the team. We are looking for someone who can start quickly and independently and who can look within the team at what else is needed besides development to maintain good progress.
Requirements
Experience with the tasks described above in the assignment description. Working in a Scrum/DevOps environment. Experience with Oracle Apex (current version 241) & PL/SQL (5-5 years).

Knowledge of the Judiciary. Jira and Confluence. AOP.
Competencies
HBO or WO thinking level. Ability to work independently as well as well in a team, supporting other disciplines in the team (not just development). Strong communication and analytical skills, helicopter view. Experience with Azure DevOps.
Additional Information
Subcontracting is not permitted. Delivery by Yellow Friday to the Ministry of Justice and Security is via Sogeti. There is no chain formation/subcontracting here, as Yellow Friday executed the tender together with Sogeti and is a formal subcontractor.
