Seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with a focus on security and authorizations to develop an application-wide role and authorization concept for EDM, FCC, Planning, and Data Integration. The role involves conceptual work to create a blueprint by mid-December, with configuration of selected use cases starting February 2027.

Must-Haves:
Pure IAM, PAM, or Cyber Security profiles without experience in Oracle EPM Cloud cannot be considered for this project.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with a focus on security and authorizations for our client. The goal is an application-wide role and authorization concept that centrally and consistently controls user rights and access for EDM, FCC, Planning, and Data Integration. The engagement is structured as a sprint and is primarily conceptual: a robust blueprint will be created by mid-December, and selected use cases will be configured from February 2027 onwards.
- Several years of project experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, hands-on in at least two of the applications FCC (FCCS), Planning (EPBCS/PBCS), EDM (EDMCS), or Data Integration/Data Management
- At least one project where you have conceptualized and implemented roles and authorizations in Oracle EPM Cloud yourself, e.g., Access Control, Group Models, or Dimension/Data Security
- Very good English
- Availability in November/December 2026 and from February 2027 onwards
Responsibilities
Advantageous:
Framework: 100% remote, on-site appointments only in exceptional cases as needed. Workload by arrangement.

- Analysis of existing authorization structures in EDM, FCC, Planning, and Data Integration
- Conception of an application-wide role and group model, including naming conventions
- Concept for integration with Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, group provisioning via OCI IAM)
- Concept for automated provisioning (e.g., EPM Automate, REST API)
- Workshops and coordination with Finance and IT stakeholders
- Documentation of the blueprint
- Configuration and testing of selected use cases (from February 2027 onwards)
- Experience with connecting Microsoft Entra ID to OCI IAM/IDCS
- Experience with EPM Automate or the EPM REST API
- Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and audit requirements
- Good German
