1.1 Project/Process Context

Workflow digitization on Pega from project idea through requirements/implementation to deployment, operation, maintenance, and further development; approx. 25 projects annually.

1.2 Project Structure

Multi-project environment with approx. 30 Pega Consultants; project team with 2–4 architects/developers. Scrum/Kanban; documentation in Jira, Confluence/SharePoint. Communication primarily German.

3.1. Scope

Independent and self-organized: Analyze current/target processes; gather and document requirements. Digitize workflows on Pega including UX; implement interfaces to partner systems. Support tests, rollout, and go-live; accompany operational support, change/user management. Maintain/develop client-specific platform layer according to specified standards.

• S1: Demonstrable consulting experience in the conception and implementation of case management, workflow, and automation solutions based on the Pega Platform — Senior (> 5 years experience) | 50%
• S2: Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban — Intermediate (> 3 years experience) | 25%
• S3: Organizing and conducting requirements workshops — Intermediate (> 3 years experience) | 25%
