• Specialist diagnostics, therapy planning, and crisis intervention in the field of general adult psychiatry, as well as work in the outpatient clinic
• Senior physician supervision and professional support of the multidisciplinary treatment team; participation in on-call duties by arrangement
• Specialist recognition for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with experience in treating acute psychiatric conditions
• Proficiency in psychiatric diagnostics, therapy, and acute/crisis treatment, as well as experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Senior physician experience or corresponding leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork ability
