Senior Ping AM and DS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business and technical requirements for IAM and CIAM solutions
• Design and implementation of secure authentication and authorization architectures
• Configuration and development of solutions based on PingAM and PingDS
• Implementation of integrations with applications, APIs, directory services, and external identity providers
• Configuration of Authentication Journeys, Policies, Identity Stores, and Access Flows
• Support of Identity Federation based on OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
• Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of technical problems in development, test, and production environments
• Support of operations teams in incident, problem, and change management
• Contribution to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and security reviews
• Close collaboration with project teams, application owners, security teams, and operations

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Ping Identity products, especially PingAM and/or PingDS
• Profound knowledge in IAM, CIAM, and Identity Federation
• Experience in IAM analysis, architecture, development, and/or senior operations support
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and REST APIs
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or comparable scripting and development technologies
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and directory services
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting competence
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Background of the task:

An experienced Senior Ping AM and DS Specialist is sought to support a German telecommunications company / mobile network operator (MNO). The client is expanding its delivery capabilities in the area of Identity & Access Management and is looking for experienced specialists for Ping Access Management and Ping Directory Services.

The goal of the role is to support the analysis, architecture, development, and operational support of IAM and CIAM solutions based on PingAM and PingDS in a complex enterprise environment.
