- Experiment and build with AI (LLMs, agents, MCP) to rethink how software is built and how it can help in the software development process of the future
- Partner closely with teams to understand pain points and how to eliminate them
- Continuously evolve the existing solutions based on real usage and feedback
- Raise the bar for developer experience across the organization
- Strong DevSecOps fundamentals and mindset
- Knowledge about AI and how it changes software development process
- Care about developer experience
- Open mind and confidence to explore and propose new solutions
- Ability to listen to, understand and find solutions for every day problems in software development and engineering
