Project overview

The assignment focuses on the implementation and transition of the Scheme for the reception of displaced Ukrainians (RooO):

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Monitoring and analyzing work backlogs, own contribution receipts, and processed procedures
• Coordinating with consultants, Legal Affairs, and Quality regarding decision-making powers
• Discussing objections and complex case law
• Analyzing KIC quality figures of consultants
• Drafting and updating policy rules, work instructions, reports, and decisions
• Supporting and guiding consultants and involved departments as a point of contact
• Reporting results and developments to the MT
• Coordinating with the Welcome to Tilburg Program on policy matters
• Analyzing and implementing future changes in the RooO
• Developing an approach for outflow from the living allowance scheme and mediation to work
• Monitoring and reporting progress to municipal consultation structures
• Preparing the termination of the RTB and the transition to the Participation Act
• Analyzing the impact of changes and implementing adjustments in processes and systems
• Extensive experience in complex change processes and implementations within the public sector
• Proven knowledge of laws and regulations within the social domain
• Experience with analyzing processes, developing policy, and implementation issues
• Strong advisory skills and the ability to independently draft supported proposals
• Results-oriented approach focused on concrete and transferable products
• Knowledge of Suites, the Participation Act, and the Integration Act (desirable)
• Ability to switch gears quickly and collaborate effectively (desirable)
• Proactive attitude (desirable)
