Senior / Principal .NET Backend Developer (C# / Azure / Kubernetes)

Project overview

For a long-term modernization and transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Senior / Principal .NET Backend Developer. As a technically proficient developer, you will design and independently implement complex backend solutions.

Your tasks include analyzing business, technical, and architectural requirements and deriving suitable solution designs. You will design, develop, and implement complex backend components, microservices, and Web APIs with C# and .NET. You will translate architectural and product requirements into technical epics, stories, and concrete work packages.

You will support the analysis of existing legacy functionalities and develop transformation and migration strategies. Developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure is just as much a part of your responsibilities as using Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts. You will implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and develop database-driven applications with SQL / Azure SQL.

In the area of quality assurance and DevOps, you will create automated tests, conduct technical and code reviews, and use Git and GitHub Actions in the CI/CD environment. You will analyze technical monitoring data and integrate applications into containerized platforms.

We expect extensive development experience with the mentioned technologies, experience in technical solution finding, and the ability to collaborate with international development and testing teams. Employment as a socially insured permanent employee is required. The place of work is flexibly designed.
