Senior Product Manager - AI and Customer Data in CRM, Financial Services

Context

Our client is a European player in financial services. Its internally developed CRM serves over 1,000 employees daily across various group business lines.

They are reorganizing the CRM team into multidisciplinary product squads and are looking for Senior Product Managers to lead them starting January 2027. This offer covers two squads: AI and group-wide customer vision, and the CRM data model and quality. Assignment will be based on your profile.

Mission

You will lead an autonomous squad (business analysts, developers, QA, designers, data) and manage the execution of the roadmap defined with the Product Owner, from discovery to adoption.

• AI and Customer Vision Squad: Equip advisors with AI assistants, transform meeting minutes and activity notes into actionable CRM data, build targeting and segmentation on a cloud data platform, consolidate a 360 customer view across group business lines.
• Data Squad: Integrate data quality from the design of user journeys, and evolve the CRM data model for new uses as well as for reporting and analytics.
• Build the delivery plan for each priority and resolve dependencies among squad members.
• Break down into MVPs and get prototypes validated before development.
• Prepare each production release with the business units, then monitor adoption.
