Project overview

The client is modernizing their CRM and ERP landscape in parallel: the existing CRM is being refactored, and at the same time, a new ERP system is being created. A Product Owner or Project Manager is sought who will hold both initiatives together technically and organizationally, set priorities, and drive implementation with the development team.

• Responsibility for backlog, prioritization, and roadmap of both streams (CRM refactoring and ERP new development)
• Recording and translation of business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Management of schedule, dependencies, and interfaces
• Regular coordination with stakeholders at the client's site and transparent reporting on project status
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in CRM and ERP projects
• Demonstrable project experience with MS Dynamics and Odoo
• Experience with parallel management of refactoring existing systems and greenfield development
• Nice to have: in-depth experience with Asana as a project management tool
