Senior Program Controller Digitalization (Temporary)

Project overview

As a senior program controller, you will work on the Donna digitalization program at ProRail.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Bearing responsibility for the program control of Donna and connecting content and finances
• Improving the financial predictability of the program together with the program team
• Using dashboards and reports to signal risks in a timely manner and make adjustments
• Overseeing the full spectrum of project control on time, scope, risks, and money
• Analyzing data, translating it into steering information, and developing solution directions
• Challenging team members and monitoring common goals in case of conflicting interests
• Advising the program manager, both requested and unrequested
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, for example Finance, Control, or Business Administration, possibly supplemented with training in project or program control
• Preferably approximately 5 years of work experience in project or program control, particularly with IT projects and programs
• Experience as a senior project or program controller within a large and complex IT/digitalization program at a large organization, with responsibility for integrated control of finances, planning, scope, and risks
• Practical experience with SAP, Tagetik, and Power BI
