Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Organizing and executing workshops and training focused on HR innovation
- Conducting validation interviews with employees and teams about the outcomes of the TMA tool
- Preparing, delivering, and evaluating TMA team training
- Advising on and developing workshops, training, and learning formats that align with the organization's development needs
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or comparable level
- 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic talent management
- Experience as a TMA professional, preferably certified
- Skill in transferring and safeguarding knowledge within the organization
- Able to independently guide complex processes at a high level
