Our client, a leading organisation in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Lead to take ownership of design, installation, commissioning, and handover activities for major CAPEX projects in Visp, Switzerland. In this role, you will be a key technical and project partner, ensuring facilities meet strict GMP and quality standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Lead HVAC Design & Installation
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of HVAC systems, from concept and detailed design through installation, ensuring robust technical solutions that meet project specifications and operational needs.
• Drive Commissioning & Handover
• Plan and oversee commissioning, qualification, and handover activities so systems are fully operational, properly documented, and ready for compliant use in a GMP environment.
• Manage CAPEX Projects
• Control scope, budget, and schedule for capital projects, balancing technical requirements with cost efficiency and timely delivery. You will be the point person for keeping everything on track.
• Ensure GMP & Quality Compliance
• Make sure all HVAC solutions comply with pharmaceutical GMP standards and internal quality procedures, helping to maintain safe, reliable, and audit-ready manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate Stakeholders & Vendors
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors, aligning expectations, resolving technical and planning issues, and fostering a collaborative project environment.
• HVAC Experience in Pharma/Industry (5-10 Years)
• Solid hands-on experience with HVAC systems in pharmaceutical or industrial settings, with a good understanding of regulatory, operational, and cleanroom-related requirements.
• Strong Technical & Project Skills
• Confidence in leading design reviews, installation activities, and commissioning, combined with practical project management skills for CAPEX environments.
• Language Skills
• Fluent German is essential. Basic English is required for technical and project communication, and French is a plus.
