Seeking a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst with 6-9 years of experience, ideally in banking or payments, to drive the evolution of end-to-end payment flow supervision tools. Requires expertise in ELK stack and strong business analysis and testing skills.
Project overview
The Context
Our client, a major player in payments within a large French banking group, is strengthening its team responsible for the end-to-end supervision of payment flows. This role has a strong Business Analyst dimension, with a real strategic support function for the Product Owner on supervision tooling (operations + business).
Your Missions
Drive the evolution of end-to-end supervision tools (business + operations vision)
Prioritize needs and write functional specifications
Provide strong support to the Product Owner on product decisions
Ensure validation activities (testing, approval)
Maintain active technological watch on supervision solutions
Requirements
6 to 9 years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Management, ideally in a banking or payments environment
Solid experience in validation / testing
ELK product expertise (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) required
Ability to challenge and structure business needs
Autonomy, strong communication, partner posture with the Product Owner
Comfortable in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
