Senior Project Manager Implementation Assignment Team

Project overview

As project leader, you will lead the further development of a pilot into a structural working method for the new Assignment Team within the Directorate of Energy, Climate, and Sustainability.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Shaping and improving work processes related to budgeting, realization, forecasts, quotes, and financial monitoring
• Advising management on the target operating model
• Testing and refining processes together with the shop floor and implementing the new working method
• Connecting employees, management, assignment managers, and stakeholders such as Finance & Control and Account Management
• Leading the transition from the OT pilot to a robust, secured working method
• Bachelor's degree in a financial field of study
• Proven experience in coordinating and functionally leading a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with analyzing and redesigning work processes and preparing business cases or improvement proposals
• At least 3 years of experience within the financial cycle, such as budgeting, realization, liquidity and expenditure forecasts, quotation processes, and monitoring
• Experience with assignment, project, or program management within the government is a plus
• Experience with organization-wide change and implementation processes at a strategic level is a plus
• Work experience within an executive agency of the central government and insight into intergovernmental cooperation is a plus
