We build web and mobile applications for international clients, with AI playing an important role in our development process.

Our developers use Claude and AI-powered workflows extensively, allowing them to deliver changes at a high pace. We're looking for a QA Engineer who can keep up with this environment, not by testing more manually, but by working smarter.

You should be comfortable combining strong testing fundamentals, technical skills, automation and AI-assisted workflows to make quality assurance efficient, scalable and reliable.

• Take ownership of QA activities, from requirement analysis and risk assessment to release verification.
• Independently plan, prioritize and execute testing based on business impact and technical risk.
• Design and perform exploratory and manual tests, focusing on areas where human judgment provides the most value.
• Use Claude and AI-assisted workflows extensively to analyze requirements, generate test scenarios, support test automation and investigate potential issues.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, particularly for regression coverage and repetitive testing.
• Test APIs using Postman and other appropriate tools.
• Investigate issues across development, staging and production environments using logs and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Grafana and Datadog.
• Work with Azure DevOps to track issues, verify changes and support release processes.
• Collaborate proactively with developers and product teams to identify ambiguities, edge cases and potential problems before they reach testing.
• Continuously improve QA workflows, reducing repetitive manual work and shortening feedback cycles without compromising quality.
• Several years of commercial QA experience, with the ability to independently own testing at a senior level.
• Excellent understanding of software testing principles, exploratory testing, risk-based testing and test design.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify problems that are not explicitly described in requirements.
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Practical experience with test automation, preferably Playwright.
• Confidence investigating technical issues using logs, monitoring tools and available diagnostic information.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in everyday work, going beyond simple prompts to build repeatable, efficient testing workflows.
• A proactive mindset: you identify risks, challenge unclear requirements and propose improvements rather than waiting for assigned test cases.
• Strong independence, ownership and the ability to prioritize work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Clear communication skills and English at C1 level.
• Readiness to work on-site at our Rzeszów office.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-assisted testing workflows using Claude or similar tools.
• Experience with agent-based workflows or AI-supported test automation.
• Experience with financial, accounting or other complex business systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in teams with frequent releases and high development throughput.
