Senior Quality and Risk Manager (QRM)

Project overview

For one of our clients in the public sector in Bern, we are looking for an experienced Quality and Risk Manager.

Activities:

-

• Responsibility for overall quality and risk management according to HERMES
• Conducting quality and risk analyses and developing recommendations for action
• Creation and presentation of quarterly quality and risk reports
• Ensuring an independent assessment of quality and risk situation
• Coordination of information gathering with various stakeholders
• Support and management of audit and review processes
• Preparation of management reports and decision-making bases
• Presentation of results in program and steering committees

• Several years of practical experience in quality management and risk management in complex ICT projects
• Demonstrable experience as a Quality Manager and/or Risk Manager in comparable projects or programs
• Experience in creating and presenting cross-project or cross-program quality and risk reports
• Experience in large projects with multiple hierarchical levels and different stakeholder groups
• Experience in organizations with high complexity and a large user base
• Sound knowledge of HERMES as well as quality and risk management methods
• Experience in the area of office automation, digital workplaces, or workplace transformations
• Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Very good German skills (at least C1 or native speaker)
• Experience in the public sector or in regulated organizations
• Experience in strategic transformation or program projects
• Knowledge of open-source-based workplace and collaboration solutions
• Certifications in project, quality, or risk management (e.g., HERMES, PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2)
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary stakeholders at management level
