Our client is an established Civil Engineering Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for an initial 3-month freelance assignment.
The role will have a particular focus on pricing and managing Compensation Events, supporting the commercial delivery of ongoing civil engineering works.
We re looking for:
The position is site based in St Albans, 5 days per week.
£425 £475 per day Outside IR35 3-month assignment

- Civil Engineering Contractor background.
- Strong experience pricing Compensation Events.
- Good working knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Experience across earthworks, drainage, highways/S278 or similar civils desirable.
- Start: flexible
- Location: Hertfordshire, UK, GB
- Rate: 53-59 EUR/h
