Provide legal advice on reinforcement operations, review project plans, and analyze complex administrative and civil law issues for management and project leaders.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising management, project leaders, and resident supervisors on legal issues within the reinforcement operation
- Reviewing project plans and contributing to careful legal decision-making
- Supporting regional directors, reinforcement managers, and project leaders with complex files
- Analyzing and resolving complex issues in administrative law and/or civil law
- Identifying legal risks and proposing appropriate solutions
- Ensuring connection between internal and external stakeholders with a view to workable solutions
- Contributing to knowledge development and quality improvement within the Legal Affairs department
- Collaborating with colleagues within Legal Affairs and other parts of the organization
- Being present on a regular basis at reinforcement locations within the Groningen region
- Completed university study Dutch Law
- Demonstrable knowledge of administrative law, knowledge of civil law is recommended
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a legal advisor
- Experience with legal advice within a complex governmental or administrative organization
- Experience with reviewing legal issues and writing advice
- Strong skills in oral and written advice
- Experience with collaboration in multidisciplinary project organizations
- Sensitivity to administrative, political, and social relationships
