Senior Requirements Engineer & Product Owner

Project overview

For a long-term enterprise project, we are looking for an experienced Senior Requirements Engineer & Product Owner.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and structuring of complex functional and technical requirements
• Conducting and moderating workshops with business departments, architects, and development teams
• Creation of Epics, Features, User Stories, and functional specifications
• Maintenance and prioritization of product backlogs
• Support of agile development teams within SCRUM and Kanban
• Analysis of existing applications and legacy systems
• Derivation of requirements and specifications from existing systems
• Participation in modernization and migration projects
• Coordination with architecture, business, and development teams in a complex IT landscape

• At least 15 years of experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership
• Extensive experience in business process and requirements analysis
• Experience in leading and moderating workshops
• Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Ideally, experience with LeanIX
• Sound experience as a Product Owner in agile projects
• Very good knowledge of SCRUM and ideally Kanban
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with numerous systems and interfaces
• Experience in reverse engineering of legacy systems
• Experience in collaborating with distributed or international development teams
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
• IREB certification
• Product Owner certification (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM or similar)
• Experience in the area of Digital Services, Platforms, or Logistics Processes
• Start: ASAP
• Utilization: approx. 3 days per week
• Duration: long-term
• Assignment: Remote / Vienna (approx. 50% on-site)
