Responsibilities
Operational planning, steering, and coordination of the dMaint rollout across 9 sites, including rollout roadmap, schedule, resource, and milestone planning, fit-to-standard assessments, change management, communication and training measures, master data readiness, integration and user acceptance tests, as well as cutover, go-live, hypercare, and rollback concepts.

- Demonstrable experience in the introduction and scaling of innovative software solutions in a complex environment.
- Proof of at least two completed project assignments with responsibility for planning, execution, and documentation of cross-departmental coordination formats in a complex project environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the vehicle maintenance (rail) landscape and a strong understanding of maintenance processes in the rail context.
- Demonstrable knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for the introduction of digital solutions.
- Proof of qualification as a Lead Auditor according to ISO/IEC 42001 or a comparable qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in the conception and implementation of change, communication, and enablement measures for the introduction of new digital ways of working.
- Demonstrable experience in the conception and implementation of structured stakeholder management, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and suitable participation formats.
- Demonstrable experience in process analysis and standardization in the manufacturing or maintenance environment.
- Demonstrable experience in assessing the quality, completeness, and responsibilities of production-relevant master data in the context of preparing digital manufacturing or maintenance processes.
- Demonstrable experience in test and rollout management within the scope of a software rollout.
