Job description
Experienced Senior Rollout Manager needed for a digital maintenance solutions transformation project in the railway sector. The role involves leading the comprehensive rollout of innovative software, managing stakeholders, processes, and change.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Rollout Manager for maintenance in the railway context. You will lead and be responsible for a demanding transformation project in the area of digital maintenance solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive rollout management of an innovative software solution in a complex environment. Your tasks include project and stakeholder management, process analysis and fit-to-standard assessments, and comprehensive requirements management. You will coordinate risk and escalation management, manage change management processes, and be responsible for governance and management reporting.
Furthermore, you will conduct communication and training measures, manage key users and master data, coordinate UAT and integration tests, and support go-live, cutover, and hypercare phases. You will act as an interface between the business unit, IT, and production, and resolve conflicts constructively.
For this position, you need at least 3 years of experience in the introduction and scaling of innovative software solutions, as well as in-depth knowledge of the vehicle maintenance landscape and maintenance processes in the railway context. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for digital solutions and qualification as a Lead Auditor according to ISO/IEC 42001 or comparable are also required.
5 years of experience in change, communication, and enablement measures, as well as stakeholder management, are advantageous. Process analysis and standardization in the maintenance environment, as well as test and rollout management, complete the profile.
The project runs until the end of 2028 with flexible remote work and regular on-site appointments.
