We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Expert to build the data foundation for segmentation and activation in Marketing Cloud Next, focusing on setting up Data 360 and integrating data from various sources.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Expert (m/f/d) starting from 02.11. for the expected duration until 31.03.2027 with the option for extension.
Responsibilities
Build the data foundation for segmentation and activation in Marketing Cloud Next. Key focuses: Set up Data 360 and connect data from Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hub, and SAP. Co-design data model and customer identifiers; implement Identity Resolution and Unified Profiles. Consider consent and governance requirements. Support BU segments and activation to Marketing Cloud. Clarify requirements with business units and admins and document the solution.
Requirements
- Experienced in Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 projects, especially with data integration, Identity Resolution, and activation.
- Experience with SAP connections and B2B data structures is important.
- Knowledge of consent and GDPR is required.
