• 8-10+ years of Salesforce experience, including several years as a Solution/Technical Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce data models, Flows, and APIs.
• Solid experience with Enterprise Integration, REST APIs, Event-driven Architecture, and MuleSoft.
• Experience with complex system landscapes and external workflow orchestration.
• Demonstrable experience in technical implementation management and collaboration with multiple development teams.

• Analysis and further development of the existing Salesforce architecture, data models, and interfaces.
• Conception of the E2E integration between Salesforce, middleware, and payment backends.
• Definition of API contracts, data flows, status models, and cross-system case tracking.
• Delineation of Salesforce workflows from external process orchestration (including Camunda).
• Consideration of product/pricing data, AML/KYC processes, and automated merchant activation.
• Transfer of the target concept into technical work packages and an implementation roadmap.
• Subsequently, technical coordination of the implementation with the client's IT teams and development partners, including design reviews and integration tests.
• A client in the payments sector is modernizing its merchant onboarding processes. Salesforce is the central platform for customer, contract, and AML/KYC data and is to be connected with various payment backend systems via an API-based integration architecture. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce expert who will initially help shape the integration and target architecture concept and then coordinate the technical implementation across multiple development teams.
• Hands-on Senior Architect with a strong integration and delivery focus – not a pure Salesforce developer. We are looking for someone who pragmatically solves complex architectural issues and then successfully drives the technical implementation forward together with existing customer teams.

Nice to have

• Payment, banking, or financial services experience, ideally merchant onboarding and AML/KYC.
• Knowledge of Camunda, Kafka, Kong API Gateway, and AWS.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Salesforce Architect certifications.
• German language skills.
