Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect (m/f/d) for a long-term client project in Düsseldorf.

In this role, you will take on overall technical and architectural responsibility for an international Salesforce landscape. You will design scalable solutions, develop global architecture standards, and oversee implementation and rollout in multiple countries.

• Position: Senior Salesforce Solution Architect (m/f/d)
• Location: Düsseldorf
• Work Model: Hybrid, approx. 2 days per week on-site
• Project Start: ASAP
• Project Duration: 24 months with extension option
• Responsibility for end-to-end solution architecture based on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Data Cloud / Data 360, and CRM Analytics.
• Conception and further development of a global Salesforce template architecture for international rollouts.
• Development of scalable architecture concepts considering integration, data management, security, DevOps, and analytics.
• Conducting fit-to-standard analyses and evaluating technical solution alternatives and architecture decisions.
• Ensuring standardization with a focus on Configuration over Customization and country-specific adaptations only when justified.
• Definition of integration architectures and API interfaces in collaboration with MuleSoft/Apigee teams.
• Support with data migration, data quality, data models, and validation processes.
• Technical support for development teams in implementation, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Ensuring architecture quality during SIT, UAT, Go-live, and rollout.
• Advising management, product owners, and international stakeholders on strategic architecture decisions.
• Professional support and mentoring of architects and technical teams.
• Several years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex international enterprise projects.
• Profound knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Data Cloud / Data 360, and CRM Analytics.
• Demonstrable experience with global template architectures and international Salesforce rollouts.
• Very good knowledge of API-led integration, MuleSoft, and/or Apigee.
• Experience with enterprise data models, Salesforce security, DevOps, and automated testing procedures.
• Knowledge of data migration, integration design, and technical governance processes.
• Experience with fit-to-standard approaches and the standardization and harmonization of business processes.
• Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with management and international stakeholders.
