Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Project overview

This contract assignment needs a senior architect to shape Salesforce and Data 360 solutions across project teams, from data modelling and process design through integration, delivery guidance, and support handover. Core requirements are deep Salesforce platform expertise, hands-on Data Cloud experience, integration architecture with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, and working knowledge of Agentforce and the Einstein Trust Layer. The architect will also lead discovery and recommendations, work confidently with business and IT stakeholders, and be able to validate designs with prototypes when needed.

Survey or feedback tools, claims, warranty or after-sales processes, manufacturing experience, and relevant Salesforce certifications are advantages rather than requirements. The stated experience band is 5–10 years, the location is Europe, and the engagement is contract; the description does not specify a particular country or work arrangement, and Swedish is a plus while English is required.

Responsibilities

• Create the solution architecture and design for one or several projects in Salesforce and Data 360. This covers data modelling, processes (including support) and master data.
• Design and govern integrations with surrounding systems, including S/4HANA, with attention to patterns, best practices, data flows and master data.
• Work with both IT (enterprise architecture, integration, security, support teams, other application teams) and Business (process owners). Translate between the two.
• Run analysis and discovery: requirements, gaps, options and trade-offs, with clear recommendations.
• Be hands-on. When needed, being able to produce POCs and prototypes, validate approaches, and de-risk key decisions before delivery teams build.
• Advise on where Agentforce and agentic capabilities fit.
• Support delivery (project) teams with design guidance, reviews and technical leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor by being proactive, honest, and focused on outcomes.
• Work in cooperation with other members of the team as well as ITPM.
• After solution is developed, support handover to support team.

Requirements

• Senior-level Salesforce platform architecture, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, Apex, and LWC
• Hands-on Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud): ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
• Integration architecture across APIs, events, and middleware, including ERP integration; SAP S/4HANA is preferred
• Working knowledge of Agentforce, agents, prompts, grounding, and the Einstein Trust Layer
• Customer-facing consulting, including workshops, steering groups, and executive communication
• Ability to translate between business and IT and move between analysis and hands-on prototyping
• Fluent English
• Solution architecture, technical governance, and delivery-team design guidance
