We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant to join our team and support procurement process standardization and improvements in global manufacturing plants. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience with SAP MM or SAP S&OP, SAP S/4HANA, and related modules to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders in a global environment, providing training and support to business users while explaining SAP standard processes.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, but we are looking for candidates who are open to business travel for up to 50% of their working time.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the standardization and improvement of procurement processes in global manufacturing plants
- Explaining SAP processes to users and assisting with their implementation
- Training business users on SAP MM and related modules
- Coordinating with stakeholders across different regions to ensure effective process integration
- Assisting in process improvements and the development of global templates
- Monitoring performance metrics and target KPIs to drive operational excellence
- Collaborating with teams to enhance procurement interactions with MRP and production planning
- Providing insights on vendor management and stock impact related to procurement activities
Requirements
Nice-to-have requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on SAP MM and Procurement
- Deep understanding of procurement processes in manufacturing, including purchase orders and goods receipt
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Process Control (GRC), SAP MRP, and SAP PP
- Ability to explain SAP standard processes and support process improvements
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in global environments
- Strong capability to train and support business users on SAP functionalities
- Knowledge of performance management and target KPIs
- Advanced level of English
- Open to travelling to Germany and France, up to 50% of the working time
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and S&OP
- Intermediate level of German
