Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant | OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to support the delivery and ongoing development of SAP Finance solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.

You will take ownership of SAP FI/CO configuration and customising, working closely with Finance stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Responsibilities will span solution design, hands-on configuration, integration, testing and implementation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong SAP FI/CO Consultant with proven S/4HANA experience, fluent German and the ability to independently deliver complex SAP Finance solutions within an international environment.

• Extensive SAP FI/CO consulting experience, including hands-on customising, configuration and implementation
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations or transformation projects
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and financial reporting
• Strong SAP CO expertise covering Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis
• Ability to independently configure and customise SAP FI/CO solutions based on business requirements
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules, particularly MM and SD
• Experience managing the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with Finance, IT and business teams
• Fluent German, both written and spoken
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield transformation projects
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities, including Universal Journal, Business Partner integration and SAP Fiori
• Experience working within complex international organisations and multi-country SAP environments
• Understanding of SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting or Treasury
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers on enhancements and integrations
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery
• Experience leading SAP FI/CO workstreams or mentoring junior consultants
• Good working knowledge of English
