• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
• Profound knowledge in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA)
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll for Employee Central or SAP HCM PCE
• Very good customizing skills in the PA environment
• Experience in SAP test management and quality assurance
• Experience in implementation projects
• Ideally, project experience in the public sector / public service
• Language skills: German mandatory
• Good communication skills towards business departments and project management

Your Qualifications

• SAP HCM PA Customizing
• Performing customizing in the area of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA)
• Implementation of customer-specific requirements in the public sector environment
• Configuration and documentation of relevant IMG settings
• Ensuring a consistent and transportable system configuration
• Technical coordination regarding the requirements to be implemented and project milestones
• Test support
• Creation of German-language test concepts and test documentation
• Support for the client during the test phases
• Conducting and accompanying integration and functional tests
• Documentation of test results
• Creation and tracking of defect reports including prioritization
• Creation of a test completion report
