Senior SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM and Payroll Consultant for a long-term project with medium-sized companies in German-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and implementation in SAP HCM projects with a focus on personnel administration, organizational management, time management, and payroll
• Planning and execution of migrations towards SAP S/4HANA HXM or SuccessFactors
• Conception and customizing of payroll processes for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including tax and social security logic as well as legal updates
• Interface management with third-party systems such as time recording, financial accounting, and reporting tools

• At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP HCM or Payroll
• Proven experience with at least one completed S/4HANA or SuccessFactors migration project
• Confident handling of schemas, rules, and ABAP reports
• Very good German (Level C1)
• Independent working style in a remote setup
• Utilization of 4-5 days per week
• Flexible remote work with occasional on-site appointments in German-speaking regions
• Project start on short notice, minimum duration 6 months
• Hybrid model with a high degree of flexibility
