Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - PY-DE (Freelance)

Project overview

For a long-term project environment, we are looking for an experienced freelance SAP HCM Consultant with very good knowledge of SAP Payroll Germany (PY-DE).

The focus is on the functional and technical support and further development of a complex SAP HCM landscape. Real hands-on experience in German payroll customizing is crucial.

Responsibilities

Qualification

• Consulting and customizing in the area of SAP HCM Payroll / PY-DE
• Adaptation and further development of payroll schemes, PCRs, and wage types
• Support with German legal changes, follow-up activities, and payroll-relevant support packages
• Support of adjacent topics in SAP HCM PT, PA, and OM
• Analysis and resolution of complex payroll and time management issues
• Support with interfaces to SAP FI/CO, SuccessFactors, and external payroll/BPO providers
• Creation of functional specifications and support of tests and implementations
• Several years of practical experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant
• Very good hands-on knowledge in SAP HCM PY-DE
• Experience with payroll schemes and PCRs
• Good knowledge of German payroll processes as well as tax and social security issues
• Experience with SAP HCM Time Management / PT
• Knowledge in PA and OM
• Experience with legal changes, year-end closing, and/or SAP HR support packages
• Very good German and good English skills
