Responsibilities

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for Senior SAP HCM Consultants with

• Consulting, support, and further development of the SAP HCM modules Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM)
• Conception and implementation of requirements in the areas of payroll, time management, personnel administration, and organizational management
• Customizing of payroll and time evaluation schemas, PCRs, infotypes, organizational structures, and system parameters
• Ensuring the correct processing of personnel, time, and payroll data, including retroactive runs and data validations
• Support of the integration between SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, PY) and with Finance/FI
• Conducting tests, error analyses, reconciliations, reporting, and quality assurance measures
• Support with legal requirements, year-end closing activities, and compliance with tax and social security regulations
• Management and optimization of organizational structures, positions, jobs, authorizations, and workflows in SAP HCM.
• Specialization in PY, PT, PA, or OM and in-depth experience in the German SAP HCM environment. (Nearshore only)

Requirements

• Senior experience in at least one of the SAP HCM modules PY, PT, PA, or OM
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll, time management, personnel administration, or organizational management
• Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, time evaluation, infotypes, organizational management, and their respective integration scenarios
• Very good understanding of SAP HCM data models, master data, authorizations, and process flows
• Experience with reporting, data validation, error analysis, and customizing
• Very good English skills, German ideally at a good level
• Knowledge of international SAP HCM landscapes and experience with Romania, UK, and/or Sweden are advantageous
