• Team: Project Management/PMO team of approx. 4 people

Responsibilities

• Support for a 4-person Project Management/PMO team
• Recording, analysis, and structuring of requirements from specialist departments
• Translation of business requirements into clear and robust SAP requirement specifications
• Support with SAP topics, focusing on FI/CO, especially in the area of asset accounting
• Creation and structuring of service descriptions for tenders
• Preparation and support of procurement procedures in the millions range
• Development and description of key performance indicator and evaluation models
• Support with tenders in the controlling/finance environment
• Review and analysis of incoming bids
• Preparation and execution of discussions and interviews with potential suppliers
• Support with project setup and the definition of work packages and sub-tasks
• Support with contractual and procurement law issues in the project context
• Ensuring procurement-compliant project execution
• Monitoring service delivery from a project and contractual perspective
• Close coordination with specialist departments, IT, purchasing/procurement, and external service providers

• Several years of experience as a Senior Project Lead / Project Manager in complex SAP or IT projects
• Very good understanding of project management, PMO, and requirements management
• Experience in structured recording of business requirements and their translation into precise service or requirement specifications
• Good knowledge of the SAP environment, ideally in SAP FI/CO
• Understanding of finance/controlling processes, ideally also asset accounting
• Experience with the preparation and support of larger tenders and procurement procedures
• Experience with bid analysis and the evaluation of external service providers
• Experience in defining evaluation, key performance indicator, or scoring models
• Good understanding of contractual aspects in IT/SAP projects
• Experience in the public sector or with procurement-compliant project structures is an advantage
• Very structured way of working and strong ability to document complex issues clearly and understandably
• Strong communication skills in exchanges with specialist departments, IT, procurement, and external suppliers
• Very good German language skills
