Responsibilities

• Functional and technical support of the SAP QM module within a global S/4HANA transformation
• Active support of the ongoing design and conception phase
• Definition, conception, and implementation of future QM processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Analysis of existing processes and development of a future-proof, as standard-compliant as possible process structure
• Conducting and supporting workshops with business departments and IT
• Advising business departments on the optimal mapping and utilization of SAP QM
• Supporting internal IT as a central point of contact for SAP QM
• Transferring functional requirements into concrete SAP processes and solution concepts
• SAP QM customizing and support for the later implementation of defined processes
• Analysis and coordination of interfaces to adjacent SAP modules and processes

• Several years of experience as a Senior SAP QM Consultant
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM
• Demonstrable experience in S/4HANA introduction and implementation projects
• Experience in supporting SAP projects from the design and conception phase through to implementation
• Profound experience in the definition, conception, and implementation of SAP QM processes
• Very good knowledge of SAP QM customizing
• Experience in capturing, analyzing, and optimizing existing business processes
• Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with business departments and IT
• Ability to independently take on SAP QM topics and support internal IT and business departments hands-on
• Experience in international S/4HANA transformation projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP EHS / EH&S is a great advantage
• Experience in recipe management / SAP Recipe Management is desirable
• Very good communication skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness for a high on-site presence of approx. 4 days per week in the NRW region
