Seeking a Senior SAP RE-FX Consultant to analyze existing real estate management processes, implement and customize SAP RE-FX, and migrate lease contracts. The role involves complex lease structures, integration with SAP FI/CO, and supporting the S/4HANA migration.

For this project, it is important that the consultant already has demonstrable experience in the SAP RE-FX environment. Ideally, they have project experience with real estate companies, asset managers, or portfolio holders and have already implemented lease contract management, accounting processes, and the integration of RE-FX into SAP FI/CO. References from comparable real estate projects are mandatory.
- Analysis of existing real estate management processes
- Implementation and customizing of SAP RE-FX
