Senior SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant (OTC, Greenfield)

Project overview

For the introduction of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud using the Greenfield approach, additional capacity is needed in Sales and Distribution (SAP SD). The focus is on four Order-to-Cash (OTC) scenarios, whose requirements have already been defined but not yet implemented.

An experienced SAP SD Consultant (Senior) is sought to actively drive the implementation of these scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Active implementation of four OTC scenarios in SAP S/4HANA SD:
• Sale of machinery and equipment (production plants) to other companies (Intercompany in Germany, the EU, and other countries)
• Sale of services and spare parts to other companies (Intercompany in Germany, the EU, and other countries)
• Further sales processes: services, marketing materials, non-stock items, and fixed assets
• Sale of FSE material from stock and via third-party business

• Senior Consultant, experience level E3, with at least 3 to 6 years of SAP experience.
• SAP S/4HANA SD (Sales & Distribution), Private Cloud Edition
• Experience with Greenfield implementations
• End-to-end process design Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Intercompany sales (national and cross-border within the EU)
• Sale of physical goods (machinery, production plants)
• Sale of services and processing of service orders
• Spare parts sales and returns
• Third-party business / Drop-shipment
• Sale of non-stock material and non-stocked products
• Disposal of fixed assets via SD
• Sale of FSE material from stock
• EU VAT and tax implications of cross-border transactions in SD
• Integration points with MM, FI/CO, and CS/SM
• German (mandatory).
• Contract type: Freelancer
• Project duration: 26.10.2026 to 31.03.2027
• Utilization: 2 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Workload: approx. 320 hours.
• Work location: Rosenberg (Baden), approx. 80% remote; on-site visits are to be coordinated with the Hiring Manager.
