• Conducting structured fit/gap analyses between SAP S/4HANA Utilities standard functionalities and customer-specific requirements in the areas of Device Management, iM4G, and Market Communication (MaKo).
• Creating a functional solution design, including process and data flows, as well as VNB/MSB-specific workflows.
• Conception and evaluation of integration scenarios between SAP S/4HANA Utilities, MaCo Cloud, and MKV Cloud.
• Implementation of the agreed solution design through SAP customizing and configuration in S/4HANA Utilities, MaCo Cloud, and MKV Cloud.
• Creation and maintenance of the required functional and technical documentation for the implemented solutions and customizing activities.
• Support of test phases through analysis, documentation, and correction of errors within the implemented solution scope.
• Conducting root cause analyses and comprehensible documentation of the corrections made and solution statuses.
• Coordination of deliverables and functional questions with the responsible SAP contact person, as well as independent organization of service delivery.

Your Qualifications

• Several years of in-depth experience as a SAP S/4HANA Utilities / SAP IS-U Consultant
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities, especially in Device Management
• Experience with Utilities process analysis, fit/gap analyses, and functional solution design
• In-depth knowledge of the German energy industry market communication (MaKo)
• Experience with VNB (Distribution Network Operator) and MSB (Meter Service Provider) processes and the corresponding market roles
• Experience with iM4G / switching processes in metering and relevant Utilities processes
• Experience in the conception and implementation of business processes in the SAP S/4HANA Utilities environment
• In-depth SAP customizing and configuration experience
• Experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA Utilities with MaCo Cloud
• Experience with market communication processes and their technical process handling
• Experience with interfaces, data, and process flows between S/4HANA Utilities and external or cloud components
• Experience in test phases, error analysis, and error correction
• Experience with defect management / error tracking
