Seeking a Senior Scrum Master with SAFe and e-Commerce experience for a 6-month freelance mission within a large French group's digital transformation programs.
Project overview
Senior Scrum Master – Agile at Scale (SAFe) / e-Commerce
Context
Large French group: IT department of a consumer and digital branch. You will be involved in the strategic digital transformation programs of the branch and the group's e-Commerce platforms, within an Agile at Scale (SAFe) framework involving internal teams and external partners.
Your mission
Conditions
- Build, manage, and secure business and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination between all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Support projects conducted using SAFe Agile methodology: rituals, cadence, inter-team alignment.
- Facilitate Scrum teams daily and remove obstacles.
- Analyze project risks and track indicators (burndown, dashboards), as well as team progress reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the enhancement of customer experience and satisfaction for e-Commerce services.
- 6-month freelance mission.
- Location: Île-de-France
- Start date to be confirmed.
