The service is generally provided remotely and independently of location, onshore in Germany. The project location is Frankfurt am Main; presence is planned for PI Plannings and Problem-Solving Workshops.

• Professional advice on the introduction and adaptation of agile methods, especially Scrum, as well as the development of introduction and procedure recommendations
• Professional advice on the design of communication and coordination processes as well as on the further development of agile procedures, especially in the context of SAFe
• Development and documentation of improvement suggestions for agile working methods and processes
• Conducting agile reviews to evaluate the implementation of agile principles and derive recommendations
• Removal of obstacles as well as professional advice on possible solution and escalation processes, thus increasing the productivity of the agile teams
• Professional advice on structuring, prioritizing, and quality assurance of the Product Backlog; creation of examples and recommendations
• Coordination and moderation of Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
• Professional advice on identifying potential improvements in agile practices and methods and deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Advice on the methodological preparation and execution of SAFe-specific events such as Inspect & Adapt Workshop, PI Planning, System Demo, and ART Sync
• Professional exchange and advice to the Release Train Engineer (RTE) on the analysis and optimization of processes and value streams
• Sound knowledge in the application of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe with more than five years of experience at a senior level
• Certification as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Team Coach
• Experience in the conception, moderation, and execution of workshops, demonstrable by three references
• Knowledge of agile metrics such as Velocity, Flow Metrics, and Burndown with more than five years of experience at a senior level
• Experience in software development projects and IT operations, demonstrable by four references
• Experience with Agile Hive, demonstrable by four references
• Experience in change management or organizational development, demonstrable by three references
• Experience in supporting SAP teams, demonstrable by two references
