Senior Service Consultant IT/OT Managed Services

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Consultant (m/f/d) for a challenging consulting project in the area of Managed Services with a focus on IT/OT integration.

In this role, you will act as an expert for the conception and development of comprehensive service catalogs in the IT/OT environment. You will analyze the specific requirements of the customer environment and develop pragmatic solutions for complex operating models.

Responsibilities

For this position, you bring extensive knowledge:

Experience in the logistics or intralogistics sector is advantageous.

The project starts in November. We are looking for a professional who solves complex IT/OT challenges in a structured way, focusing on practical, implementable results.

• Development of service catalogs for Managed Services
• Definition of required services, processes, and operating models
• Requirements analysis in the customer context
• Identification of services, responsibilities, and interfaces between IT and OT
• Focus on network and connectivity solutions
• Sound knowledge in network design and network operation
• Deep understanding of IT/OT interfaces
• Expertise in VPN solutions, site-to-site tunnels, and remote connectivity
• Practical experience with remote access solutions
• Proven competence in Managed Services and service catalog development
• Ability to develop pragmatic concepts and operating models
