For our client, we are looking for a Senior Service Consultant IT/OT (Managed Services) starting in November for consulting services on the project:
Responsibilities
- Development of a service catalog for Managed Services in the IT/OT environment
- Definition of the required services, processes, and operating models
- Analysis of requirements in the customer environment
- Identification of services, responsibilities, and interfaces between IT and OT
- Focus on network and connectivity topics
Requirements
Must-have knowledge
- Network design and network operation
- IT/OT interface understanding
- VPN solutions
- Site-to-site tunnels
- Remote connectivity
- TeamViewer or comparable remote access solutions
