Senior ServiceNow Business Consultant

GBP £325 (Inside IR35)
Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS: ITSM, SPM
Need min of 6-8 years of hands-on experience with ITSM & SPM functionalities along with custom apps, portal & catalog development.
Facilitate the definition and alignment of current processes toward improvement and recommended ServiceNow best practices together with Customer process owners, key Customer sponsors and stakeholders. Advise the Product Owner(s) throughout the Engagement in story creation and refinement, ranking, adherence to the desired process outcomes, and future roadmap plans.
- 5+ years of Business Process and Consulting experience, Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements. Proven experience analysing and recommending strategies based on desired business outcomes and priorities, and associated industry experience
- Demonstrated experience with Agile Methodology
- ITIL Foundation Certification, ServiceNow System Admin, NowCreate Certified, ServiceNow Product Implementation Certified
- Working on a customised instance of SPM, providing technical guidance to Customer and their chosen Dev Partner (offshore) on how to achieve business outcomes and highlighting where the requirements deviate from the OOTB configuration and best practices and flagging any associated risks and issues.
