Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on, independent personality.
- Analyze, stabilize, and optimize an existing implementation from a functional and system perspective.
- The consultant identifies configuration, process, and integration risks and jointly develops pragmatic solutions and improvements with the relevant HR and IT stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with SmartRecruiters,
- ideally also with SuccessFactors background of min. 5 years.
- German speaking, mainly remote
