• Building and evolutionary further development of the microservice architecture suitable for the business domain using Domain Driven Design methods
• Promoting and driving the implementation of the technological strategy, architectural-technical knowledge exchange, and innovation and standardization within the project
• Consulting on the implementation of the technical architecture in software development
• Implementation of technical components in applications based on the technologies used (microservice architectures, Spring, AWS, Messaging, Kotlin) including associated interfaces, modules, and corresponding databases
• Implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines based on Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift (Kubernetes)
• Ensuring stable application operation, as automated as possible, with continuous improvement of the architecture, processes, and tools.
• Programming / Implementation / Customizing technical components in applications based on the technologies used, including associated interfaces, modules, and corresponding databases, while adhering to the client's standards (e.g., use of standardized development environments and programming guidelines)

Requirements

• Software Development & Application Architecture in the Backend: Min. 5 years of experience in Kotlin development within the scope of Application Design (e.g., Ports & Adapter, IODA, etc.).
• Software Development & Application Architecture: Min. 5 years of experience and frontend programming & architecture knowledge, min. with React.
• At least 5 years of experience with agile engineering practices
• At least 5 years of experience with cloud-based and containerized infrastructure in microservice architectures
• At least 5 years of experience and methodology & technology knowledge with DevOps
• SHOULD-HAVE criteria:
• Proven practical experience from at least 2 projects with methods and tools of strategic and tactical Domain Driven Design
• Proven practical experience from at least 2 projects with the Docs-First approach (e.g., Docs-as-Code, Spec Driven Development, etc.)
• At least 5 years of practical experience with monitoring using Prometheus
• At least 5 years of practical experience with Spring Boot
