KeyMan is now looking for a senior solution architect in the BI/DW area.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT

Resource reinforcement for an architect in the Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse (BI/DW) area.

Do you have several years of experience as a solution architect in DW/BI? Are you skilled at translating business needs and visualizing technical data solutions? Do you enjoy coaching others, sharing your knowledge, and solving business problems? If the answer is yes, you would probably thrive as an architect in our agile team, where you will be part of a network of data engineers and data analysts within the Statistics and Analysis area at the Swedish Pensions Agency.

Please attach CV in SWEDISH. The CV is an important part of the evaluation of the consultant. It should clearly show that the consultant has the competence and experience required for the assignment.

• Must have senior experience as a solution architect in DW/BI (includes databases, data management, and analysis platforms).
• Must have experience with several different modern architectures and solutions for Databases, Data Warehouse, Data Management, Integration Platforms, and Analysis Platforms.
• Must have many years of experience as a developer in DW/BI (Data modeling, ETL flows).
• Must have good database competence in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Must have documented experience in developing and concretizing target architecture.
• Must have experience with on-premise solutions.
• Must have the ability to be responsible for/drive smaller assignments.
• Must have the ability to transform technical perspectives into a strategic/operational roadmap.
• Must have the ability to map data needs/insights from different perspectives (quality, business development, compliance, integrations, etc.).
• Must have experience working with IT security and information security.
• Must have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• The assignment agreement from KeyMan must be signed directly with the company the consultant is employed by (nothing else is permitted by the Swedish Pensions Agency).
• The consultant can be on-site at the Swedish Pensions Agency's premises at Hornstull at least 3 days/week.
• Have worked with Bitbucket.
• Have worked with Confluence.
• Have worked with Git.
• Have worked with Jira.
• Have good analytical competence in one or more BI tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SSAS, Qlik Sense, etc.
• Have worked with modeling (e.g., 3NF dimensional modeling, SCD, CDC).
• Have certifications in the field as well as experience with agile methods.
• Have experience with Data Governance, data catalogs, and knowledge of regulations and cybersecurity.
• Have experience from operations with extensive personal data processing.
• Quoted hourly rate must include all costs, e.g., travel and commuting costs, and other costs associated with the consultant's stay in Stockholm.
• The supplier certifies that consultant and liability insurance is in place covering this type of assignment according to industry standard.
• The consulting company certifies that they meet all points in Chapter 13 of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) according to the attached extract from LOU 2016:1145 (see attached document in KeySourcingTool).
• A security protection agreement will be established and implemented in accordance with the Security Unit's decision for the current assignment.
• Note that security vetting for small companies (and sole proprietorships) follows the same strict rules according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) as for larger companies. Security vetting must be carried out by an INDEPENDENT PARTY to ensure an impartial review and to avoid conflicts of interest. The security vetting is paid for by the individual consulting company/consultant.
• The supplier hereby assures that all consultants provided within the scope of the Call-off Request have undergone standard and relevant background checks in accordance with the Supplier's internal routines at any given time, and that this check, to the Supplier's knowledge, has not revealed any circumstances affecting the Consultant's suitability to perform the assignment.
• The supplier further assures that all information in the respective consultant's curriculum vitae (CV) and other documents provided to the Client, to the Supplier's knowledge at the time of submitting the bid or call-off, is correct, complete, and truthful.
