Seeking a Senior Requirements Engineer for a long-term project (2027-2031) focused on police wanted notices. The role requires significant experience in business analysis and requirements engineering, with a hybrid work model based in Zollikofen/Bern, Switzerland.

Contracting is preferred, ideally with your own capital company or firm. Temporary employment under the same conditions for the duration of the project is also possible.

- IREB-FL certification or equivalent BA training with certificate or diploma
- Two (2) reference projects (no older than 5 years) as Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
- Five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
- German ESP level at least C1 or native speaker
- Willingness to undergo personnel security screening (PSP) and an operational security procedure (VBSV, SR 128.41)
- French language proficiency at least ESP level B2
- Project experience with UML experience (hands-on modeling): at least 5 years
- Project experience with agile methodology as RE/BA: at least 5 years
- Project experience with creation of functional and technical stories: at least 5 years
- Project experience in the police environment: at least 3 years
- Project experience with Java development: at least 5 years
- Possible start date: from 01.01.2027
