Job description

Project overview

Systems Engineer | Rocket Motor Manufacturing

Engineer the systems behind next-generation propulsion manufacturing.

Are you an experienced Systems Engineer ready to support advanced aerospace and defense manufacturing? This opportunity puts you at the center of developing the system requirements, technical architecture, and engineering processes needed to establish advanced rocket motor manufacturing capabilities.

We are seeking a technically strong, detail-oriented engineer who can translate customer needs into actionable engineering requirements, maintain end-to-end traceability, assess technical risks, and coordinate across multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will initially focus on defining and documenting system and facility requirements that support the design, development, and production of rocket motor manufacturing operations. Experience in requirements engineering, complex systems development, and risk management will be essential to your success.
