Senior Strategic Advisor Housing and Real Estate

As a senior strategic advisor, you will direct Albeda's housing program.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translate strategic and educational ambitions into program goals and development strategies
• Ensure developments in the real estate portfolio align with agreed frameworks such as operational standards and solvency
• Manage the investment and operational model of the strategic housing plan
• Conduct feasibility studies where necessary
• Advise management and board on strategic choices, risks, and decision-making
• Participate in the program office
• Contribute to collaboration with project managers and external stakeholders
• Report to the Executive Board via the Directors of Facilities & Housing and Finance
• Prepare decision-making documents for management and board
• 15 years of experience in managing strategic real estate and housing programs at educational institutions
• Demonstrable experience in the role of advisor and program manager from the client's perspective
• Experience with social real estate such as education, knowledge institutions, or government
• Broad knowledge of real estate development, financial feasibility, and legal aspects
• Experience in preparing and testing business cases, scenario analyses, and investment issues
• Current market knowledge and experience with market players
• Extensive experience within a political-administrative environment in (semi)public organizations
• Academic level of work and thinking, preferably with a background in construction, real estate, or area development
• VOG (Certificate of Conduct) required
