- Conduct comprehensive system analysis using UML, BPMN, and visual modeling techniques to design efficient and scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Prepare and maintain clear and comprehensive system documentation to support project continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system updates.
- Apply modeling techniques and tools like Enterprise Architect to visualize and optimize system architecture.
- Leverage Kafka and RabbitMQ to facilitate seamless messaging and integration across distributed systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline analysis processes and improve documentation standards.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) and experience with Enterprise Architect.
- Strong ability to transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with message broker technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices for collaborative project delivery.
- Good command of Polish language.
- Communicative proficiency in English.
- Eligibility to work in the European Union.
- Additional certifications in systems analysis or related fields.
