For an established company with demanding customer and business processes, a Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) is sought for consulting and implementation of workflow-based digitalization solutions. The focus is on the conception, implementation, and further development of case management, workflow, and automation solutions on the Pega Platform.

• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) and very good German, at least B2
• Consulting clients on workflow management, process digitalization, and automation based on the Pega Platform
• Analyzing existing processes and conceiving and documenting optimized target processes
• Conducting requirements workshops and structured gathering of business and technical requirements
• Creating requirements, process, and solution documentation
• Conceiving and implementing digital workflows and case management solutions on the Pega Platform
• Designing user-oriented interfaces and considering UX requirements
• Implementing and connecting interfaces to partner systems and services
• Providing functional support for quality assurance, testing, rollouts, and go-lives
• Supporting functional operations management, especially with change and user management
• Maintaining, optimizing, and customer-individually further developing the Pega platform

Requirements

• Certification as Certified Pega Senior System Architect
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in workflow digitalization
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in workflow implementation with Pega
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in the conception and implementation of case management, workflow, and automation solutions based on the Pega Platform
• Experience in analyzing, modeling, and optimizing complex business processes
• Confident handling of requirements and process documentation, as well as strong communication skills
• Good German language skills at least at B2 level

Nice to have

• Minimum 3 years of experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Minimum 3 years of experience in organizing and conducting requirements workshops
• Experience with UX-oriented design of Pega applications
• Practical experience in interface integration and technical rollout of workflow solutions
